We are pleased to announce that the new MVB Teleordering platform will be launched on 21 June 2023, and this will replace the Nielsen Teleordering service. As a leading EDI solutions provider, we are committed to bringing the latest technology to our customers and we believe that the new MVB Teleordering platform will provide a better service to both publishers and retailers.
Welcome emails with credentials and login information
To ensure a seamless transition, the team at MVB will set up accounts and usernames. These will be activated on 21-22 June and should be used to log in once the new platform is live. You will be notified shortly before the activation of your account via a “welcome” email, which will contain your new credentials, login information, and relevant information regarding your Teleordering service on the MVB platform. Please ensure that you watch out for these emails which will be sent to the same contact email addresses you are currently using on the Nielsen system.
Important dates
To allow a smooth transition of Teleordering Services from Nielsen to MVB, orders will not be accepted for a few days while the switchover takes place, so please plan your ordering accordingly.
The date for the switch-off of the Nielsen platform and further key details will be communicated nearer the time.
21 June 2023 will be the first date for ordering on the new MVB Teleordering platform.
